Project: Online video clip selector and playerClient: Matchroom Sport Matchroom Sport is one of the leading world sports events organisations, creating and marketing an impressive portfolio of major televised sports event programmes. The intention was to create a website where organisations could search for, select, view and buy television video of sporting highlights. The website homepage consisted of a video clip console as a 'taster', a Flash banner, and a scrolling text area to highligh new Matchroom events. The clip viewer and selector consisted of database of web video clips, navigated by drop down lists categorised by sport and event. Each entry contained up to three taster video clips which could be viewed either in the player provided on-screen or as downloadable MPEG files. The clips database was also supported by an events section containing calendar dates and information on all Matchroom organised sports.
